Seller's Checklist
Please follow the steps below on listing your property.
1. Price your home.
In our packages, we offer Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports that provide your with pricing tools
to help price your home competitively. The most accurate CMA reports that a comparison of your home to other SOLD, LISTED, and PENDING homes with similar in size, location, condition, that are nearby.
2. Take pictures of your home.
Photos will give a first impression of your home. It is important to have the best pictures of your home as this serves as it gives a potential buyer that first impression of your home. Make sure that there is as much lighting as possible and clean up clutter in every room.
We have several packages that will serve you. The first should be the primary photo should show the front of your house. Upload images as jpeg, with .jpg extension. Please name each photo to describe the room for example, "myhouse.jpg" or "MasterBed.jpg" "LivingRoom.jpg". Do not use spaces or symbols in your file names like slashes, question marks, quotation marks etc. Each photo should be over 50K, but less than 2MEG
If you would like assistance on taking pictures of your home, we do offer photography packages.
3. Select one of our packages and complete and sign necessary forms
This is a vital step. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. In the confirmation email(s) you will receive the listing agreement forms to sign and complete.
4. Prepare your home for sale & showings

5. Confirm MLS details of your new home
Your home will be active on MLS once we receive all necessary paperwork. You will receive a confirmation email detailing information for your newly listed home, including MLS number and a link to your listing .Please confirm details of your listing, if you discover an error, please use our form to submit any changes.
6. Rent a Lock Box
You will need a lock box for Realtor access to your home. You may use the ordering form to order your lockbox at any time.
7. Sell your home
With our full service package, your Realtor will be handling all calls and showings regarding your property. He/She will also hold open houses to get your property sold. This is one of the key benefits of our full service MLS package. If at anytime you need assistance with selling your property or you would like to upgrade, one our representatives will be more than happy to help you.
8. Make changes to your listings
Using our change form, you will be able to submit changes to your existing listing should you choose. A change form will be emailed to you. This must be signed and returned in order to make any changes to your listing. If a sale should occur, please use the form to report this change.
